Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
Non-Returnable Items: Since our service involves renting a champagne cart and related accessories for events, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the rental items once they have been delivered and used at your event.
Exchanges
Service Issues: If you experience any issues with our service, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Cancellation Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
Service Issues: If you experience any issues with our service that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us. We will work with you to find an acceptable resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit towards a future rental.
