Welcome to Nips & Sips! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our champagne cart rental services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Rental Agreement

By renting a champagne cart from Nips & Sips, you agree to the following:

The cart and any other rental items, except for the champagne flutes, remain the property of Nips & Sips.
We provide disposable champagne flutes, so guests can enjoy their drinks and dispose of the flutes afterward.
You are responsible for the care and return of the cart and any other non-disposable items in their original condition.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via Zelle or QuickBooks.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

Delivery and Setup

Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and pickup of the champagne cart.
Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Any changes to the delivery and setup schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing their own champagne and ice.
The champagne cart can hold up to 40 flutes on top, an additional 10-20 flutes next to the champagne bottles, and 2 champagne bottles.
Customers must ensure the cart is used in a safe and appropriate manner.
Any damages or loss of rental items will be charged to the customer.

Liability

Nips & Sips is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the champagne cart.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nips & Sips from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rented items.

Force Majeure

Nips & Sips is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Amendments

Nips & Sips reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately.
